The free, online image editing service from Adobe, Photoshop Express, recently announced integration with Flickr. Users now have the ability to pull photos from their Flickr accounts, edit them in Photoshop Express, and upload them back. Adobe also introduced an embeddable player that will let users put slideshows on other websites.

I previously mentioned a piece of software called LiveQuartz, which is an image editor with support for multi-touch gestures on Apple laptop trackpads. While this functionality isn’t available in Photoshop yet, CreativeBits recently noted a few trackpad tricks that DO already exist.

John Nack’s Adobe blog recently announced that CS4 will be 64-bit native - but for Windows Vista users only. Current versions are 32-bit, and Mac users probably won’t see a 64-bit version until CS5. Illustrator Maryn Roos (the “Baroness”) just posted a nice long step-by-step of one of her illustrations. Her blog is sprinkled with all sorts of tips and tutorials, and she also works in other programs like Flash and Painter.

Mondrianum is a (Mac and Leopard-only) plugin that puts Adobe’s Kulers into Apple’s color picker. Now, catch the tutorial over on Bittbox about how to get it to work nice with Photoshop.
